TB-500
Thymosin Beta-4 (fragment)
Systemic tissue repair
About
A synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4. Promotes cell migration, angiogenesis and regeneration of muscle, skin and connective tissue.
Mechanism
Binds G-actin to promote cell motility and repair of damaged tissue.
Dosage
Draw to 40 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
5 mg · 1 mL BAC
When to take: Timing matters little due to the long half-life. Commonly taken in the evening.
Reconstitution
Vial size (mg): 5 mg · BAC water (mL): 1 mL · Concentration: 5 mg/mL
Low mg per dose, so 2.5 mL yields convenient unit measurements.
Dosing reference
Units to draw at the typical dose range, per vial size.
| Vial | Water | Typical draw |
|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 1 mL | 50–100 units |
| 10 mg | 1 mL | 25–50 units |
| 20 mg | 1 mL | 12.5–25 units |
